Return & Exchange Policy
If you are experiencing any shipping or product issues, please email wecare@ashimaryhair.com with your order number, a clear explanation, and photographs/videos stating the reason for your request. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Please fill in your shipping address in full detail when placing an order. Incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure or return-to-sender, which can delay resolution.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products come with a replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed.
If you need to return/exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
Please note that freight collect / COD return shipments are not accepted.
Please do not refuse delivery if you no longer want the item. Refused parcels may incur a high return-to-sender fee (often $50–$100), which we will not cover. Please contact customer service first—return shipping is usually around $10–$25 depending on the carrier and location.
Return/Exchange Requests

If the item you received is not exactly as described on our website, or it does not fit you, you may email wecare@ashimaryhair.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 14 days.

The written request must include: Order Number, Item Code(s), the reason for the return (refund / size exchange / color exchange), and an explanation with photographs/videos.

Hair care & styling products, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return.

Once your request has been approved, our customer service will email you the official return address and return instructions. Please do not ship anything back until you receive this approval.

All return item(s) will go through inspection. We will reship the correct item or process the refund after confirmation.
If you have any issue not stated above, please email wecare@ashimaryhair.com within 14 days from the delivery date, including an explanation and photographs/videos.
CANCELLATION
We normally dispatch your order within 3–5 working days after the order is placed (excluding public holidays).

If you cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund.

If your order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Cancel Unpaid Orders
If your order is not paid for, you can cancel it yourself.
Cancel Paid Orders
If your order has been paid for, please contact wecare@ashimaryhair.com as soon as possible for the fastest resolution. Please include your order number.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item.
If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please provide clear photos/video evidence. If the carrier requires it, obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier and include it with your return.
REFUND
Upon receipt of your returned package, your products will be examined and an approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be emailed to the email address used for the order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted/sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

If you return an item without notifying our customer service and receiving approval, the item may be treated as non-refundable.
LATE / MISSING REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear after the returned item (or cancellation) is processed.
If you have not received a refund:

Check your bank/PayPal balance again (transactions may be delayed).

Contact your bank/credit card company (processing time may vary).

SHIPPING COST

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if there is no product quality problem, due to personal reasons such as dislike / choosing the wrong color / choosing the wrong size, etc.

We are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is defective / damaged / missing item / wrong item.

We do not charge a relisting fee.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please do not send any return without approval.
Once your return/exchange request is approved, our customer service will provide the official return address and instructions by email.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused, delayed, or considered non-refundable, because return addresses may vary by product, warehouse, and service availability.
